Yazu has been developed from the ground up to be a highly configurable system while still being extremely simple to use. For example, to create a new ticket or task Yazu only requires that you specify the subject line but if you want to be more specific you can assign tickets to users, add detailed descriptions and attach various documents. This type of approach allows you to work the way you want to work and not how an application wants you to work.

Projects are a big part of any company and the various departments in your company are always working on some kind of project no matter how small. Different projects call for different teams, different documents, different milestones. Yazu provides this functionality so you can quickly create your own projects, assign teams to the projects, attach project documents, set milestones and create tickets or tasks for the projects. When a ticket is created for a project it can be assigned a project milestone. This automatically sets the due date for the ticket and if this date approaches and the ticket is not yet completed, the tickets become highlighted alerting the users to act on the tickets. Yazu tickets also contain actions which allow you to add small tasks which were required to complete the ticket. Some of these tasks are billable to your clients and Yazu helps you out by allowing you to create timesheets from these ticket actions.

We all like to organize our work load to how we work best. Yazu allows you to create ticket folders so you can organize your work load to exactly how it suits you, and to make things easier, Yazu allows you to easily drag and drop tickets into your folders.

Yazu is licensed per user per month so you don’t need to spend huge sums upfront when only a few users are required to use the system.
