1. What is the Yazu help desk?
Yazu is a purely web based task management system with support for projects, file attachments, timesheets, invoicing, reporting and event notification. It is fully customizable for you business and requires no up-front costs, contracts or installation.
2. Who is the Yazu help desk for?
Yazu is for anyone or any company of any size which requires an application to manage tasks, projects and generate timesheets and invoices.
3. Do I need to sign a contract to use Yazu?
No, Yazu is a subscription based service and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Do I need to install anything?
No, Yazu does not require you to install anything.
5. What browsers does Yazu support?
Yazu supports all the major browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Safari). Yazu does not support Internet Explorer 6.
6. What internet connection speed do I need?
Yazu has been designed to work on low speed internet connections and only requires a 128KB line.
7. How many users can I have on Yazu?
You can have as many users as you like on Yazu, each user is added to your monthly subscription.
8. What is the Yazu up time?
Yazu aims to be up 99.9% of the time.
9. Can I install Yazu on my own server?
Not at the present time but Yazu will be available in a downloadable product form soon.
10. Can I export or delete my data when I leave?
No, Yazu does not currently allow you to export your data. Your data will be automatically deleted 90 days after your free period ends or 180 days after your subscription ends.
11. Is my data backed up?
Yes, Yazu is constantly backed up to multiple locations for added security.
12. Is there support?
Yes, you can contact Yazu support from the Yazu bar once you are logged in.
13. Do you offer Yazu in other languages?
Yazu is only offered in English at the moment but will soon be offered in other languages.
14. Can I change the branding of Yazu?
No, Yazu does not currently allow for custom branding but will soon.
